Fusing Intuitive sound and crystal therapy, along with Usui Reiki, and the powerful vibrations of the Reiki Drum if needed, this session includes way more than just your average Reiki treatment. Helen creates a safe space, where she can facilitate your healing and work with you to help understand anything that comes up during your time with her. Encouraging you with tips and the tools to help you move forward on your spiritual journey.

This is a fully focused guidance session, taking you to the next level, accelerating your growth so that you can connect back with who you are. This is the spiritual guidance side of the Tottem Treatment, getting straight to the point.

These sessions operate by facilitating the healing of a person’s hologram, or ‘light body’, across different timelines. Working in and with the quantum field, it is highly effective in people with physical ailments, as well as trauma in current or past lives. These treatments are performed remotely but can be performed in person upon request.

This course is an introduction and attunement to the Reiki energy, enabling you to perform a self Reiki healing and full healing treatments on friends and family. You will learn the history of Usui Reiki, how the chakra and auric system works, how to cleanse and protect a space, your client and most importantly yourself. You will discover the Reiki principles and how to enhance your intuition. This is a certified course and comes with a manual in hardcopy form. You are attuned for life.

This course upgrades your vibration and takes your Reiki journey to the next level. you will receive more attunements and be taught three of the ancient sacred symbols in order to be able to send distant Reiki, which is very powerful. You will practice this during the course, as well as study what each symbol represents. We also use the symbols to go back and clear past trauma. This is a certified course and comes with a manual in hardcopy form. Once you have completed this course, you will be able to be insured and work as a Reiki practitioner if you wish.

The Reiki Master course is really just the beginning of your Reiki journey. This is where you learn to integrate it into your life on a deeper level. You will receive more attunements and learn more sacred symbols to enhance the healing of your clients as well as yourself. There will be practical exercises and deep meditations to strengthen and expand your intuition. You will be taught how to create lesson plans and design a manual in order to teach your own courses. I will also teach you how to give the sacred attunements so you can continue to pass on this beautiful energy.
